Shipping costs can vary based on our carrier’s policies. The rates are based on how much the product weighs. Our carriers always round weight up to the next full pound, so the rate you see when you check out reflects that.
We ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you’re in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada and need to get your hands on some of this liquid magic, additional shipping fees will apply.

You’ll be able to track your shipment to the APO facility. After that, you’ll rely on your fellow soldiers to get it to you, so be as specific as possible with the unit.
We use FedEx for the majority of our shipping. We’ve found it to be the most affordable carrier, most of the time. If that changes, we’ll look into other options to get WOW to you on time and at a low cost.
Yes. Give us a working email address to use, and you’ll get tracking info by email after we ship your order. Click the tracking number, and you’ll be able to see where your package is – and how quickly it should reach you.

Unused cover scent and attractant products with a manufacturer’s defect can be returned for equal exchange or refund. Used spray and teaser may not be returned at this time.
